My name is Jorge Armando Sanchez Abreu, and I am 32 years old born in Venezuela in the capital of Caracas. I was raised with many values and principles thanks to my parents. I studied Law at the Bicentennial University of Aragua, and graduated in 2016. I participated for several years in several community aid groups.
I have 1 year living in the U.S. with my wife and two daughters. I am part of the ALAS team working in several areas such as distributing food to families, and helping essential workers in the field. I have also managed to work a bit on the migration side working in conjunction with other migration organizations and lawyers working mainly to instruct people about their asylum processes. Outside of work I enjoy walking to the beach, mountain biking, and spending time with family.
