We are excited to have our first craft booth at the Pumpkin Festival to fundraise for ALAS to support the cultural arts in our community and provide funding for our programs. ALAS will host a special craft booth where individuals can come and decorate their own sugar skull for a loved one in their life to add to their special remembrance during Dia de Los Muertos. Our families are working hard to make the sugar skulls for them to be ready for purchase and decoration. We are excited to have the opportunity to bring this special booth to our long standing Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival. We hope to add a sprinkle of culture and celebration as we honor those that have been so significant in our lives and give back to the next generation of youth leaders. Please come out to support ALAS and visit our booth that will be located on the corner of Main and Poplar. A big thanks to the Half Moon Bay Beautification Committee for this opportunity and a big thanks to Maldicion and Antonio Rivera for designing our amazing ALAS calavera logo!
